Juice gives salespeople a single, authoritative, easily updated source for product information. Customers can access specials, add-on products, and warranty information that’s entirely personalized and available only to them. Claims are easily uploaded in electronic form, faxed, or mailed by the individual salespeople. Claims are then validated, and all salesperson issues are handled for a low per-transaction fee. Not only does this take the burden off the customer, but it also provides the security of an independent third-party audit for the rewards program.

A New Media Solution Encourages A Wider, Involved Constituency
Lancaster County, PA, was in need of a solution which allowed its County Commissioners to share and distribute information to a broader audience. In order to meet the needs of its constituents, attract new audiences and get their "message" out to community, the County wanted a new media solution that would encourage the public to play a more active and involved role in the activities of County government.

CDS developed a cost effective comprehensive system that provides the County with an easy to use solution for capturing both the audio and video content of the Commissioners’ public meetings for later viewing on the County’s Web site – increasing access of valuable information to constituents and the community at large. As a result, constituents unable to attend public meetings can simply click on a link and watch the meeting video in its entirety.

The local press can also confirm information captured during the meeting. The videos can also be archived for future reference. As a result, Lancaster County is recognized as a leader in public dissemination of information by implementing this state-of-the art new media solution.
