Project Manager
We are seeking a bright, energetic self-starter with 3+ years of experience in a project manager role supporting the deployment of enterprise web-based software products.
The successful candidate will possess a strong desire to be a major contributor in a small dynamic work environment, love a challenge, and have a strong balance of technical and customer oriented skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage software / infrastructure implementation projects.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce implementation policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
- Working with product management and software engineering teams.
- Providing effective leadership to the project teams, allocating and monitoring tasks, and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and processes.
Requirements Include:
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- A highly collaborative management style, yet comfortable making difficult decisions when operating under aggressive timelines.
- Possess a strong technical background and practical knowledge of web based technologies including Microsoft Server technologies, SQL Server, and .NET architecture.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project Server.

Trainer
If you are an experienced trainer and enjoy training and mentoring adult students on new software applications and processes then we have an exciting and challenging opportunity ready for you.
We are searching for the right individual to apply their unique skills to the creation, maintenance and delivery of our training curriculum. Our curriculum focuses on training our clients during the implementation phase of an enterprise wide retail management application as well as individual mentoring and sustainment training.
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching hands-on Instructor-led courses in-house and at client locations.
- Writing, editing, updating and producing training courseware.
- Maintaining training materials to ensure current policy, procedure, and product changes are incorporated immediately in all related training materials.
- Providing input to the engineering teams on issues that arise during the training.
- Providing insight to management on methods to utilize technology to enhance the training experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical training and/or development experience in advanced Web and enterprise development technologies.
- Experience developing training materials, workbooks, practical exercises, (CBT a plus).
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Must be team-oriented and possess excellent organizational and written skills.
- Experience training on large system implementations.
- Experience developing proprietary software curriculum for classroom delivery.
